Returns

We want you to love your Leatherology purchase!  We stand by the quality of our products and accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible new, unused, and non-personalized items.

What can I return? 

Eligible items: Non-personalized items in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging (box, dust bag, hang tags, etc.)

Ineligible items:  Personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Please note: We cannot accept items that show signs of use, scratches, damage, or have missing/removed packaging or missing “do not remove” tags.

How to initiate a return 

Return via order email: Open your order confirmation or tracking email and click the “View My Orders” button.  This will take you to your account page. If your purchase is eligible for return, you’ll see a “Return” option in the top-right corner.

Return via account login: Log in to your Leatherology account using the same email or phone number used to place your order (prior account creation isn’t required). Navigate to the order. If the order is eligible, a “Return” option will appear for you to begin the process. From here you will need to:

1. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.)
2. Choose your return shipping method, either:

  • US Prepaid Label
      (Contiguous 48 States): Repackage the item(s), attach our pre-paid carrier return label ($7.50 for 1 item, $10 for 2+ items, deducted from refund). Drop off with carrier specified on return label (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).  
    -OR-
  • Self-Ship
    • Include the return slip inside, attach your own label, and ship with a trackable carrier (you cover the cost)

    3. We’ll email you once your return is processed and refund your original payment method.

    International Orders

    If you are outside the contiguous United States, the process for initiating a return is the same as above.  However, the pre-paid return label option is unavailable and you will need to select "self-ship".  You are responsible for any return shipping costs (we do not offer a pre-paid label option).  We recommend shipping with a trackable, insured carrier and including the return information slip inside.  Please note that duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Refund Details

    Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed, after we receive your return (allow extra time during holidays).  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately direct exchanges are not currently possible.  If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, you will need to return your item and place a new order.  You can contact our customer care team if you need assistance. 

    Amazon Purchases

    If your purchase was made on Amazon, you must log in to your Amazon account to initiate the return.

    Gift Return?

    If you received a Leatherology item as a gift and would like to return it for a store credit, please contact us for help.  We will need the original order number (listed on your gift invoice).
