Shipping policy
We are excited to deliver your Leatherology order! We ship domestically to all 50 states in the U.S and select countries internationally. Shipping costs and transit times can be estimated in checkout by inputting your delivery address.
Domestic Shipping
Where we ship: All 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii), U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
PO Boxes & Military addresses: Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses at this time.
Shipping fees: We offer free economy shipping on orders $100+ within the 48 contiguous United States. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the free shipping option will appear on qualifying orders. This offer applies to orders of $100+ after discounts (excluding taxes and shipping charges). For all other shipping methods and destinations, costs are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address.
Transit times: Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. However, processing time varies depending on personalization selection and does not include weekends or holidays. Certain personalization options (such as Trapunto, Hand Paint, and Custom Artwork) require additional processing time in addition to transit time. For the most accurate delivery estimate, enter your address in checkout.
International Shipping
Where we currently ship: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
All-Inclusive Fees: International shipping, brokerage, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. We cover these upfront so you are not surprised at delivery.
Estimated international transit times and shipping fees: To view the estimated delivery date, amount of shipping, brokerage, duties and taxes for your order, simply add the products to your shopping cart and enter your address on the checkout page. You will be able to review shipping options and transit times prior to purchase.
Personalization lead times
Debossed items (sans, serif, script and block fonts): these ship with no additional processing time if items are in stock, outside of peak holiday periods.
Hand Paint, Trapunto, and Custom Artwork/logo items: These personalization options require additional processing time, as the items are made or hand painted-to-order. To view estimated processing time and delivery options, input your address in checkout.

Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped by logging into your account and using the track my order feature. Please note that Leatherology is not be responsible for transit delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
